The Rural Planning Caucus of Virginia (RPC) has scheduled to host its 2010 annual conference October 20-22, 2010 at Mountain Lake in Giles County, Virginia.  The theme for this year's conference shall be, "Planning Pathways: Trails, Trials and Tributaries." 

The 2010 conference registration fee shall be $100.  Since membership is included in conference registration, if you attended the 2009 conference, you are a member through 12/31/2009.  If you did not attend the 2009 conference and have not renewed your membership you are a non-member.  If you paid the $25.00 new member or renewing member fee after 1/1/2010, you are a member through 12/31/2010.  If you have question on your membership, please contact Andy Sorrell.  

Lodging Information (not included in conference registration fee):

2010 RPC Annual Conference Lodging Rates:

Single-occupancy:    $150.00 (regular rate is $190.00)

Double-occupancy:     $210.00 (regular rate is $250.00)

To make a reservation, please contact Mountain Lake Hotel at 1-800-346-3334.  State that you are placing a reservation for the 2010 Rural Planning Caucus conference to ensure you receive our discounted rate. 

The block of rooms reserved for the RPC conference will he held until October 1, 2010 after which time room reservations cannot be guarenteed.

Note: If order to get a full refund if a cancellation of a reservation is needed, such request must be made no later than 21 days prior to the date of the reservation.

There are no additional charges for meals starting with Wednesday night's dinner through Friday lunch with overnight lodgers.
